XiBei Chinese Association rehearsal plan for 2019
一、训练目的:
I. Goal of the training:
1、丰富队员业余生活,培养对舞蹈学习的兴趣,进行舞蹈基本功的训练,提高队员舞蹈素质。
1. To enrich the leisurely lives of association members, to foster interest in learning to dance, to carry out basic training in dance, and to heighten the poise and bearing of dance troupe members
2、达到学习舞蹈的初步要求──掌握较规范、扎实的基本功及技巧, 具有健美、灵活的体态。
2. To arrive at the basic requirements for learning dance: grasping the normative standards and solid basic training techniques and having a fit and attractive bodily posture and bearing
3、通过训练,使队员学到较广泛的舞蹈知识并兼备音乐与舞蹈的艺术表现力。
3. To use training to help members of the dance troupe expand their knowledge of dance and have expressive artistic power in both music and dance
4、为参加各种义演及社区的多元文化活动做好充分的准备。
4. To prepare fully for participation in all manner of benefit performances and community multicultural activities
二.训练内容:
II. Content of the training:
1、热身运动:(30分钟)做瑜伽以及一些轻松热身运动,使身体和情绪适应训练的准备,以免用力过度

Warmup exercises: (30 minutes) doing yoga and some limbering up exercises so that body and mood are prepared for training
2、基本功训练:(45分钟)
2. Basic training

地面训练:软度开度是舞蹈动作的根本点,所以要运用平整的地板来帮助队员们进行软度和开度的训练. 主要是训练:肩部,腿部,胸部,腰部,胯部,臀部,脊椎和脚背等。
Floor training: Flexibility and openness are the basic points of dance movements, so a smooth and level floor should be used for helping members of the dance troupe to carry out training in flexibility and openness. This mainly involves exercises for the shoulders, legs, chest, waist, crotch, buttocks, spine and the feet.

把上训练:遵循先双手扶把,熟练以后单手扶把为中间训练打下基础。主要是训练:直立,半蹲,压腿,踢腿和下腰等。
On-bar training: hold the bar with both hands, and after achieving proficiency, hold the bar with one hand to prepare for middle training. Main exercises: standing erect, half squats, splits, kicking with the legs, and bending over backwards
3、中间练习:(15分钟)这是使队员掌握、熟悉、提高舞蹈表演能力和技巧的重要部分。
主要目的:解决形体、重心、控制和呼吸。主要是训练:手的姿态,小跳和控制等。
3. Middle training: (15 minutes) This is an important part for enabling troupe members to grasp, become familiar with, and elevate their dance performance abilities and techniques.
4、舞蹈排练:(60分钟)

能够随着音乐的旋律做动作,要求节奏准确,能充分表现音乐的特点,培养队员的即兴创编能力。
In order to be able to move along with the rhythm of the music, it is necessary for the tempo to be correct. Then characteristics of the musiccan be fully expressed. This will foster the impromptu capabilities of the dance troupe members.

排练几个小型的舞蹈,通过这些组合来锻炼队员。
Rehearse several small-scale dance movements and train dance troupe members through a combination of them.

三、具体措施:
III. Concrete measures:
1、队员要坚持经常训练,遵守训练纪律,保证训练时间,不随意缺勤。
1. Dance troupe members must persevere and train often, abide by training discipline, safeguard their time for training, and not be lackadaisical at will.
2、舞蹈基本功训练采取现代和古典相结合的方法。
2. Basic training in dance will consist of a medley of modern and classical methods.
3、为了尽快提高队员的表演水平,在训练过程中,采取基本功训练与舞蹈组合、成品舞蹈相结合的方法。
3. In order to rapidly improve the performance levels of dance troupe members, in the process of training there will be a medley of methods from combining basic skill training with dance combination and finished dance.
4、定期观看舞蹈录像资料及视频资料,以提高队员的表演水平水平,开拓每位舞蹈队员的视野。
4. Periodically view videos of dance and video materials on dance in order to elevate the performance levels of dance troupe members and broaden their field of vision.
四、训练要求:
IV. Training requirements:
1、队员在舞蹈队内,不要大声喧哗,要保持屋内的环境卫生。
1. Dance troupe members must not shout or yell loudly and maintain the general cleanliness of their indoor settings.
2、积极、主动的按时训练, 不迟到、不早退.
2. Dance troupe members should actively, and at their own initiative, abide by their training schedules, not be late, and not leave early.
3、队员之间要团结友爱,互帮互助,形成良好的训练氛围。
3. There should be unity and amity among dance troupe members. They should assist each other and help shape a good ambiance for training.
五、排练时间和地点:
V. Training times and locations:
时间: 每周日 10:30 am — 1:00 pm
Time: Every Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
地点: 卡城文化中心舞蹈室, 197 1st Street SW, Calgary, AB T2P 4M4
Place: Dance hall of the Calgary Chinese Culture Centre, 192 1st Street SW, Calgary, AB T2P 4M4
